Ingredients:
- 4 oz penne pasta
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1.5 cups water or vegetable broth
- Grated Cheese
- Handful of fresh baby spinach
Step by Step:
- Simmer: In a small pot, combine pasta, marinara, and water. Bring to a boil.
- Absorb: Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed.
- Cream: Stir in the cream/cream cheese until the sauce is smooth and orange.
- Wilt: Add the spinach and stir for 30 seconds until it wilts into the hot sauce.
